A very good article, especially as I am often the "that won't work" person and I am aware of that and want to change. Only critique in the example at the end felt like everyone was already the "let's make it work" group without the "that won't work" person pulling down the bunch, I was hoping to hear an example of overcoming an "that won't work" person and turning them into a problem solver too!
- geocrasher 5y agoOP/Author here. I think the takeaway there was my admission that I used to be a TWWP, but by not being TWWP, I was able to become part of the solution. I am glad you liked the article otherwise :)
