- oblio 5y agoIt's the most used webpage on the planet and for sure their 300 IQ engineers run into this daily. That entire page probably had tens of thousands of UX work put into it. If it works like that, it's intentional.
- seanp2k2 5y agoI saw a thing before talking about how much each byte of code on the Google homepage costs to deliver. I wondered then why the homepage isn’t just integrated into their browser, as in literally ship the code for it and load it from local cache. I guess the URL bar already does that.
