If this is true then you should have no problem putting a leash on them where it's required. By your own admission it wouldn't affect your activity.
- diggan 5y agoIndeed, if I do end up in a situation where it's required, I'll do it, no questions asked. But for day-to-day walks, it's not so I don't, together with the rest of almost everyone we meet with dogs on our daily walks.
