Regardless of her bio ( seems like a young journalist trying to keep her sanity by learning dancing and being in touch with people who she can talk to on non-news topics), we do know that with unplanned lockdowns people are struggling for food. Having had ration (Public Distribution System) grains in the past myself for some years, I can attest that the quality is often poor ( with the grains being rotten indeed). Edit: The article is reporting on the situation in Delhi. I’m familiar with the food situations in other parts of India.
