I knew of a person who quit their company over a scandal, only to have their new company have a similar one a few months later. Employees should not be playing musical chairs with employers as a form of protest. If you’re willing to quit, better to stay until you get fired striving for real change instead of hoping that quitting will make management realize they were in the wrong. It rarely works.
