Cloning DARPA: A growing number of governments hope to do it
- ggm 5y agoSometimes, you just can't bottle it. There really was only one go at being Elvis, or Pavarotti. If there is a secret, it's independent university research with tenure and permission to fail, and to report back information openly. If you want IPR it's not DARPA. Mostly, people want the DARPA outcome without the cost side and with a fat paycheck at the end for the backers.
