Hmmm.... personally I never saw any ambiguity in who qualified when and where for that vaccine so it's pretty hard for me to buy into anyone using that for an excuse to jump in a line they didn't belong in. This is a moral character issue. I try to avoid those who don't have it and doing that is more than proof enough for me they don't.
