I am beginning to think that no at Amazon actually does anything except follow some rubric..... does anyone have morals or think or have discussions about this

I am beginning to think that no at Amazon actually does anything except follow some rubric..... does anyone have morals or think or have discussions about this? seems like a relatively simple fix to just have some trust in your driver's......why is Amazon always seem like the epitome of negligence and I always get a sense of contempt for them?
