I can hide the whole tab bar when using TST, but doing so will also hide the window buttons (minimize/maximize/close), which is annoying.

- drcharris 5y agoA while ago I did this when on Mac - keeps it compact on a single line. https://gist.github.com/drcharris/0830ff4da063c68b0ceed415d879f05f https://gist.github.com/drcharris/0830ff4da063c68b0ceed415d8...
- shrikant 5y agoIt's been a while since I used a Mac so I can't speak to that, but this is categorically NOT the case on my Linux (Kubuntu) and Windows machines. I have TST enabled with the "regular" tab bar disabled, and can very much still see/use the window buttons.
- ncann 5y agoCan you share your style? This is what I use on Windows #TabsToolbar { visibility: collapse; } #titlebar { visibility: collapse; } and the result: https://i.imgur.com/0DxPCvE.png https://i.imgur.com/0DxPCvE.png
- shrikant 5y agoSure, this is what I use on both machines: #main-window[tabsintitlebar="true"]:not([extradragspace="true"]) #TabsToolbar > .toolbar-items { opacity: 0; pointer-events: none; } #main-window:not([tabsintitlebar="true"]) #TabsToolbar { visibility: collapse !important; } #sidebar-box[sidebarcommand="treestyletab_piro_sakura_ne_jp-sidebar-action"] #sidebar-header { display: none; } It's probably worth noting that I've also set "browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar" option to "false" in about:config.
- rcthompson 5y agoI think there's a standard Firefox preference to un-merge the tab bar and window bar. Maybe that would help?
- ncann 5y agoI can't find that option, do you know where it is?
