For me, if the speaker uses two syllables for "and", it's a strong American accent.
- toyg 5y agoTo me it's when water and wider are pronounced in a very similar way. Also, Americans abuse awesome.

- irrational 5y agoInteresting. I don't pronounce either of those that way. I wonder what region of the country uses these pronunciations?
