We Can't Let People Work from Home, for Stupid Reasons
- failwhaleshark 5y agoAss-in-seat mentality (AISM) Commuting is wasteful. Office space is wasteful. Daily, in-person meetings of 30 people to listen to a middle-manager show how important they are for an hour is wasteful. Fire all the managers except those who help workers improve and get things done and lead company direction. Work from home (WfH) it at all possible. It should be an option for almost all office employees.
