When one of the more progressive tech CEOs are pushing a 3 day return-to-the-office I suspect the remaining 90% (much less progressive) will go with 1 or none days work-from-home for the vast majority or workers. On-the-other-hand... many CFOs are probably eager to significantly reduce office floor space, so it should be interesting to see how this plays out.
