We actually got a clarification from Admob that I should include in the blog post: "[P]lease note that budgets under $200 per day can still be spent in a matter of minutes." I was just frustrated that they didn't include this anywhere in their campaign or ad group setup or their FAQ. I had to write them to get this answer. And then, why even allow for daily budgets below 200?
