I wonder as more companies start to push more people to get back into the office, more people will want to keep working from home, those companies that offer full remote work will be able to pay less and get better employees? I guess the question is, are you willing to work from home and get paid less than if you're forced to go back in an office? I took a pay cut 8 years ago to work from home, so my answer is YES and after working from home it's HELL YES this was totally worth it.
