The last time I bothered to use Mozillas bugtracker, it was to report errors in the way Firefox was interacting with my screen reader. I had an utterly dispassionate tone, despite this matter being very important to me, because I had heard stories about Mozilla devs being very touchy and quick to take offense. For my trouble, I was told that accessibility features on MacOS were a low priority (?!?) and nothing ever came of it.
