BI talked to managers who admitted to doing this. It’s odd to me to deny it. We have the motive, means, and the opportunity. And not to mention the admission! Amazon is large so it’s unsurprising that some people here haven’t seen it. One thing that I find interesting is that Amazon PR denied the existence of even URA rates, but I’ve heard managers IRL admit they exist.
