Scratched my own itch on a few things recently ... Simple mood/symptom tracker: https://howsyourblank.com https://howsyourblank.com I have almost six months of data in it myself, and I am excited to see what my "year-n-pixels" looks like at the end of the year. Leaderboard app: https://leaderboardhq.com https://leaderboardhq.com My family plays a card game that includes 9 rounds with a cumulative score. This app is tailored for that, but I made it generic enough with a few basic settings so that it can be pretty universally applicable. Blog by sms/text: https://textpost.me https://textpost.me Saw another project like this, but built it out the way I wanted to see it work for me. Pretty much the only blogging/journaling practice that allows me to remain consistent.

Great job on Howsyourblank, You won't believe I had the same idea for diet, yet never implemented it. I am using it now, thanks!

  Thanks! I hope it works for you. I have had a chronic health issue, and I was needing to "rank" my daily symptoms. Most solutions I found were overly complex for my needs and without much of a focus on privacy. So I have taken those two tracks. I would like to build it out more, while maintaining the simplicity, but want to wait on some feedback. So please do let me know what you think.

  I primarily build in python/flask with mysql. How's Your Blank is a javascript app with https://userbase.com https://userbase.com serving as the backend to keep the user data encrypted and out of my hands.

      I would definitely recommend. The price is right. There are definitely some limitations, but I think that comes with the territory with what they are doing around privacy and simplicity.
