I'm working on a new programming language that compiles to the JVM. It's statically typed and structural. Still in the very first steps of it but it's Turing complete and I've just nearly finished adding structs (custom types) that can describe variables or function parameters. The next step is Java interop. Of course there's no plans to compete with other existing languages, but if I get far enough I'll use this language to work on some personal projects.
