- aerostable_slug 5y agoThat has more to do with how the Drug-Free Workplace regs are interpreted by HR & compliance managers. One can have corporate policy stating the company is a Drug-Free Workplace, that employees are subject to testing for cause (w/ consequences for popping hot), and get your .mil/.gov contract just fine (BTDT).
- bananapub 5y agohow could that be it? lots of government contractors don't do drug tests and don't get sued and do get contracts.
