- donkeyd 5y agoI have the same feeling. Elon despises the SEC and he might have found a way to mess with them by playing with a mostly unregulated market. Edit: Also, his name was used a lot by crypto scammers on Twitter and nothing was ever done about those. That might also have pissed him off even more.

- bidirectional 5y agoExcept 'messing with the SEC' is actually messing with innocent people who's protection is outside the remit of the SEC.
