I agree, however I left the title as the BBC published it. Actually I would class that particular headline as a lie, not just misleading.

- jacksonkmarley 5y agoUnderstood. I have noticed before that controversial headlines get changed, pretty curious whether it is lazy editors rubber-stamping journalist submissions, then fixing them, or something a bit more deliberate.
