It's generally not that simple - you can't scale a 15w part to 150w and get 10x the performance, there's other factors at play.

It's generally not that simple - you can't scale a 15w part to 150w and get 10x the performance, there's other factors at play.
- ssaturn 5y agoWith the m1 chip you pretty much can, the heat is low enough that you can just add more transistors to the die and give it more juice and it will fly. It seems the days of intel are numbered, not even i9 processors can compete against it now.
