Big Tech sues Florida, saying social media law violates First Amendment
- LatteLazy 5y agoI can't be the only one who thinks passing obviously unconstitutional laws should be punishable. Florida is the state equivalent of a vexatious litigants.

- proc0 5y agoSo everyone claims 1A here? Banning speech is literally taking your freedom to speech, why is then the banning itself a violation of 1A? I'd urge people to think what would happen if a tech giant banned Democrats instead, and was doing this from the other side. We should tread this line carefully or one day there is no going back.
