I've been under the impression that because I can't pay salary and need to compensate him in equity pre-funding that he'd be a co-founder of the venture with me instead of an early employee. Am I wrong?
- relaunched 5y agoNo. You are correct.
- sdevonoes 5y agoYou're probably more right than me. My point is a semantical one: a co-founder is someone that bootstraps everything. Early employees helps in the bootstraping later on. But in a practical sense I'm probably wrong; sorry for the noise.
