The answer, like most things in life, is in the middle. That's why the "hybrid model" has been talked about recently as the world opens up. Reading lots of comments here and it's clear there are two camps. Which is great. There will be a big realignment of people switching jobs to go remote and moving to cities to get to work with a cool in person team. But there's also the middle of the road hybrid model where you can still be remote but there will be offsites every month or every quarter.
