I've worked from home for years, and found the same thing - it's made me look like, maybe not a 10X dev but definitely 2X. But now everyone else I deal with is WFH too and... It turns out they don't appear to be benefiting in the same way and performance has probably dropped on average. Give it a couple of years and most people will be back in the office as before, I expect.
