Thanks for responding. I've been struggling with this too. I'm confident in my ability to deliver on feature #1. If features #2, #3, and #4 make the beta launch 2-3X more effective (in terms of adoption rate and total users) -- isn't it worth giving up a piece of the company? I wonder about instead giving 100% of the revenue from the beta capped at some freelance rate and compensating him for his time that way instead. Over the course of working together, I'd pretty quickly figure out if he's a good partner to have for the company.
