This is like treating symptoms, not the cause of the disease.
Th actual issue is that a sheet of paper never changes unless you do something to it. And the way our cognitive system perceives the ever changing screen is very different from how it sees the paper.
The real screen is the one you see when your eyes are closed (or when your switch you attention to 'there' without closing your eyes).
Plus, you can't use your hands directly to work with things on the screen. With handwriting each letter has individual motion pattern. Now this is lost. Tactile feedback is lost too.
This imbalance affects you ability to learn and evolve very badly. That's the real issue.
Also involution is known to happen very quickly. Losing abilities takes only two (!) generations to persist.
