I’m pretty sure there is something approaching universal truth out there, and it involves power relationships between people and groups of people. After all, a single person alone on a desert island can’t do much that really qualifies as good or evil, unless someone else is there to be affected by it. Morality exists between people and in the way they relate to each other. My personal view is that decisions that affect the individual should be left to the individual, decisions that affect groups should be made by those groups (in a democratic fashion). Of course the devil is in the details.
