Using Notion made me realize that markdown files in a hierarchy is the ultimate personal wiki solution. I never have issues finding notes or choosing where to put them if I have a good hierarchy Ideally I'd like to get away from Notion and just use local files but I can't for the following reasons * Everything needs to be viewable from any device * Drag-and-drop embedding images in documents is just too convenient, using plain markdown with images seems really cumbersome * Need to be able to make quick notes/edit on mobile Curious if anyone has found solutions to the above ^
