Things that used to take 10s of minutes of tedious pointing, clicking, and dragging now take about as long as it takes to type out a one-liner pipeline. Nowadays, when given the choice, I'll gladly trade desktop pictionary for a direct conversation with the computer. I think we should be optimizing for that experience.
