Buddy of mine had two, one was illegal. When they make a law that you can have two, he made a third. I guess he will make a 4th now to send a clear message to the government :-)
- hutzlibu 5y agoBut the children still have papers, so are not unreported, right? There just was bribery or fine, but they still are registeredin the system? Or are they fake papers they have?
