What this really seems to be is a ranking of “how Scandinavian is each city”.
- xxs 5y agoHelsinki is not Scandinavia, though.
- detaro 5y agoEnglish usage of the term "Scandinavia" is a bit unclear that way - it often is used to mean what locally would be called Nordic countries (i.e. including Finland, Iceland, ...)
