Non-profits are all prioritizing growing their endowments to ensure their future capital and not rely on one time donations. I don’t have a problem with this.

Non-profits are all prioritizing growing their endowments to ensure their future capital and not rely on one time donations. I don’t have a problem with this. I do think as organizations grow they become increasingly inefficient and competing priorities are introduced. It must be carefully managed, but is difficult.
