It's used as animal anaesthetic but I don't think it's generally available OTC?
- bduerst 5y agoKetamine is a schedule III drug in the U.S., meaning it's not as controlled as heroine and ritalin, but still not available OTC. It's treated the same as really strong codeine or anabolic steroids.
