Ask HN: How to report Android apps that use the media channel for notifications?

Some apps do not use the notification channel for their notifications. Instead, they hijack the media channel. Then, even if you set your notifications to silent, but media is not muted, their notifications will still make noise. Is this something that can be reported? How?
