I see that sequoia has sq, a command line utility but it says it is stateless which IIUC means that it does not store keys. I would like to use it but not quite

I see that sequoia has sq, a command line utility but it says it is stateless which IIUC means that it does not store keys. I would like to use it but not quite sure how. Any recommandation ?
