- MilnerRoute 5y agoThere's a really interesting comment in the Slashdot discussion. It suggests this is really just Florida's attempt to reassure federal courts that this should be handled internally in the state of Florida. (Jones has filed a civil lawsuit in federal court, and the discovery process for a civil lawsuit would be much more revealing than a state-of-Florida whistleblower investigation.)
