Especially when the retailer is the one choosing the shipper. On some sites you can at least choose UPS vs FedEx, then it would be a slightly different story.

- CRConrad 5y agoNot really. Doesn't matter if the TV breaks in the store's front or back parking lot, it's still the store's parking lot.
- Waterluvian 5y agoI think what they're saying is that it's especially ridiculous given you don't even get a say in courier. And yet _you_ are made responsible for clawing back money from the courier if they screw up. I agree that underlines how especially ridiculous it is.
