Being suspended between two tall structures that can potentially flex independently in strong enough wind, I wonder how much and what kinds of flex it's designed to tolerate.
I also wonder if there's some fail-safe aspect to it. For example, if it flexes too much, maybe the side glass will shatter first, and water spills out, but the bottom glass will withstand greater stresses, giving swimmers enough warning to hustle to the ends and climb out before the whole thing comes crashing down.

The buildings are relatively low and wide so I don’t think they’ll flex much in the wind but the soil can definitely shift under them and eventually they might drift apart too far for the tolerance of the pool’s suspension. If a the glass shatters it doesn’t going to matter where the hole is if you are in the water you’ll most likely going to get sucked through before you know what happened. I would also be worried much more about the glass shattering due to stresses from thermal expansion or even vibration over time than the buildings flexing. I’ve seen large panels shatter across quite a few installations in London because the frame was a tad out of spec and the temps dropped below zero.
