I need a 1 page synopsis that I can just post up everywhere and/or hand to someone every time they try to distract me. I'm in the mode where I can't even start programming anymore because interruptions have trained me it is useless to even try. I'm gradually trying to re-train myself to be productive, but it requires extreme measures.
