Working from Home Has Benefits Some Don't Want to Lose
- GianFabien 5y agoIdeally employers shouldn't care where you do your work as long as you are productive and delivering your assigned tasks on time and to a high quality. Of course, it isn't so easy. Many managers feel out of control if they can't see their workers working. The seismic shift might need to have support from the boardroom and shareholders. Perhaps the real question to ask is "What value do managers bring to the organisation?" In my experience managers' contribution ranges from very little to being a negative to productivity.
