- throwawaymanbot 5y agoYes we have been. What is different is that large Housing REITS and other speculators (Domestic and foreign) are purchasing them straight up fro the build reducing the supply more and more, and creating this artificial pricing frenzy for their investment. You m ay not know about this, but NYC Had a similar issue about 5 years back, but when they blocked Russian money, the prices dropped nearly 30%.
