For the record, my NV house is $230/sqft and my target CA home is priced ~$1300/sqft. That's 5.6X and arguably worth it.

For the record, my NV house is $230/sqft and my target CA home is priced ~$1300/sqft. That's 5.6X and arguably worth it.
- HeyLaughingBoy 5y agoNot having a point of reference, I did the math on my house using the most recent valuation. Built in early 2000's and sitting on 10 acres of Minnesota farmland. Came to under $150/sqft. Western prices are insane!
