$1,000 for website with back-end code isn't that bad is it? If I somehow had assurance of the quality, didn't have a technical friend in mind, and couldn't do it myself, I'd probably heavily consider it as a solution. I say this because I do have a project in mind (but taken care of). I feel this spiraling back into the technical co-founder discussion.
