Its a great thing you're offering, just keep in mind that alot of people with ideas, don't really have "concrete" ideas. If ONLY they had specs of functionality, or screens, their projects would have a much better chance of success. But many people don't even have that, so.. that's the bigger problem. Its more of a communications problem, not so much the actual implementation (which they could easily pay for if they had better communication)
