Ask HN: How would you better the hiring/job seeking experience on AngelList?
AL was once a good platform for startups looking for undiscovered talent.
But today, post a job and all you get is a ton of unqualified resumes.
How would you make it a more useful place?
- MattGaiser 5y agoSure that is an AL problem? The market is such that even I as a junior at a not very notable company get 5-10 recruiters a week.
- v1l 5y agoI suppose that's not a bad thing for job seekers (or non-seekers).
