Very useful list, and well organized. I’ll be sharing this with family, friends, and coworkers. The payment section seems a bit thin, since it offers up only cash (as in paper money) and Monero as options. Are there no centralized providers that respect privacy by simply operating in certain countries? It would also be interesting to have this entire list ranked or tagged for resistance to censorship or deplatforming.
