Unless the 1/3 group doesn’t have a terribly long life expectancy.
- missedthecue 5y agoI mean they might die at 60 instead of 80, but that could still mean 30 or 40 years on the street. A homeless camp isn't necessarily conducive to lengthy lifespans but it's not Stalingrad.
