Let's just say it's not American (or generally Western) coworkers and classmates who are NOTORIOUS for cheating. And I think many of us here who've attended "diverse" universities or work for companies with "multicultural" staff have a pretty damn good idea which cultures and nationalities are more likely to be cheating.
